Family Planning
Whether you hope to facilitate or prevent conception, our family nurse practitioner offers counseling for your needs. For pre-conception, your history and goals will be reviewed with best practice guidelines provided. For contraception, a history, goals and options will be reviewed. Physical examinations will be provided if indicated. Prescriptions may be provided with appropriate follow-up meetings. Referrals will be offered as needed.
