There are few more dramatic changes in life than having a baby. It can be joyful but it can also be the most overwhelming thing you have ever done. If you would like to explore ways to cope better, we offer screening and a complete overview of your perceptions and experiences. This work-up will include your history, support system, resources both internal and external and patterns of diet, exercise and sleep. Together, you and your family nurse practitioner will explore areas in your life that you can tweak to optimize your journey and feel more contentment than doubt. Your plan may or may not include medication. You will meet at regular intervals to review your process and goals. Referral for higher level care will be offered when needed.
