At The Breastfeeding Den we welcome all parents who wish to feed their babies human milk. Breastfeeding, Chestfeeding, Pumping, Donor Milk, all are welcome. Just sign up to join us. We will meet via zoom for the cold months, and resume outdoor groups as soon as the weather permits.
New Parents Circle

Having a new baby can be isolating and humans are a social and story-telling species! Join other parents who are doing their best to navigate the waters of infant parenting. Topics include feeding, diapering, sleep, mental health, support systems, self-care (self-what?), joys and hopes, frustrations and challenges and any feelings and experiences of the parenting journey. You will find that you are not alone, that like-minded folks are just a zoom away. Just sign up to join us.
Pregnancy Support Group
1st Wednesday of the Month at 6:00 PM
This group is held on the 1st Wednesday of each month from May until November from 6 to 730pm and is free to the community! We welcome any and all birthing people and partners as well as older siblings to tag along! Let us help you be fully prepared with a village of support to get you through all the tough questions in a judgement free zone! We will have topics each month, but we heavily encourage questions and great conversation as well as experience sharing!
